Restoration of the landmark copper dome at the Basilica
of St. Josaphat was one of the most daunting challenges.
The church’s resplendent interior was in jeopardy
when the aging, yet still magnificent roof began to
leak. F.J.A Christiansen was called upon to restore
the dome to its original appearance and watertight state.
