Through a competitive bid process, this multi-million dollar project was awarded to FJAC and is scheduled to begin late July, 2004. Difficult access due to the building's scale and its great variety of roof levels, make this project particularly challenging. Further, to allow courts to remain in session, much of the roof removal work must take place while courts are not in session at day's end. Once completed, the Milwaukee County Courthouse will be protected for years to come by a new FJAC roof and extensive architectural copper details throughout.
