Tecta America Opens New Delta Roofing Location

Nation's Largest Roofing Company Continues Growth in Connecticut

 

Skokie, IL., July 31, 2008 –Delta Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is pleased to announce the opening of a new location in Connecticut through the acquisition of JCJ Services, LLC.  This newly formed entity, located in East Berlin, Connecticut will service and install all types of commercial roofing systems for the entire state, and joins other Delta operations located throughout Maine, Massachusetts and Florida.

 

The acquisition further enhances Tecta America’s leadership position as the nation’s largest commercial roofing company with over 50 locations nationwide, and a workforce of more than 3,500 employees.

Tecta America will provide the newly acquired operating unit with the full scope of  its corporate strengths including increased marketing resources, safety and productivity programs, and solid financial backing including insurance, bonding and a strong balance sheet.

 

Co-managing the new division will be John Peterson, former President of JCJ Services, and Greg Farrington, who transferred from Delta’s North Billerica, MA location to head the new division.  “Both John and Greg, along with the rest of the Delta team, are proven operators and will be a great fit,” said Santacrose.
